You can now identify and contact recipients that have not opened your e-blast!
note the highlighted section labeled “Recipients Not Opened”
click the count displayed to list the recipients that have not opened your e-blast.

where do you get these stats? Is it sent in an email after we send the blast or do we get in from showroomexchange?
Hover your mouse over Customers and click ‘PBE sent items’ – next select the Pie Chart for the respective e-blast you wish to review stats for.
