Previously, the only way to view commission rates on an existing order was to click on the respective order.
Now, you can view commission rates for rep1/2 directly from the order view.
How do I enable comm1 and comm2 on the order view/tab?
Your showroom’s manager or owner may request for this option by emailing help@readytoview.com to have us enable this feature for your user-id. Once you receive confirmation of the changes to your user-id, please logout and log back in to proceed to the next step.
From the order view, click on “customize this view†then check “comm1†and “comm2.†Click “save selections†when done (see screenshot below).
