On the customer page, prior to clicking on the “personalized bulk email” button, click the drop down menu to choose “use email or fax of all contacts.” Unless this setting is specified, showroom exchange defaults to sending the PBE to the customer’s primary contact only.
Resetting Market Calls Just Got More Flexible
Previously, resetting market calls meant removing all market call phones icon back to the default light blue. Users with access to reset market calls now have the option to reset market calls for ALL or only those customers based on the filter (search criteria) applied.
E.g. you want to reset all market calls for California customers:
1. on the customer page, search for “CA” (using the state column filter)
2. click on “reset market calls” and select the options as shown in the “reset should be applied to?” section (see screen-shot:
3. if you would like to save the notes you made in the mkt call column for that customer, select yes. If you want to delete those notes, select no
4. click proceed to finalize
From here, you can also transfer your market call notes into the notes section rather than delete them by resetting the market call labels.
PBE (Personalized Bulk E-Mail) on Notes Page
Showroom Exchange now allows you to send a Personalized Bulk Email directly from the Notes page. You can limit the recipient of your PBE to select customers that meet your search criteria.
Custom Entry for Customer Ranking
The “customer ranking†report is no longer limited to predefined options from the “Top†dropdown. You can now run it based on your own Top performing criteria. This is useful for listing a specific number of your top ranking customers.
Enable or Disable Bulk Emails
Admin users can now choose to enable or disable the bulk email and personalized bulk email features (buttons) for their regular users. This feature is useful and recommended to limit employee access to a sensitive function that should be utilized sparingly.
To enable or disable:
1.   Hover your mouse over “Setup Categoriesâ€
2.   Click on “Showroom usersâ€
3.   Click to select a user-Id that you wish to modify.
4.   Scroll down and look for a checkbox labeled, “Allow Bulk Email.â€
a.    If the box is checked, the user is allowed to use the bulk email and personalized bulk email functions.
b.    If the box is unchecked, the user is NOT allowed to use either function.
5.   Once changes have been made, click on “save changes to current record†button at the bottom of the page.

Sales Analysis Report – Filtering By Customer Type
When running a Sales Analysis report, you can now filter by customer type. This feature allows you to filter the report result by one or more customer types.
Add Notes From The Order page
Add customer notes directly from the order page. This new feature eliminates an extra step of switching to the customer page (from the order page).
Customize Market Call Phone Icon Captions
The default market call phone icon captions are now customizable.
Market call phone icons are used to tag customers that have (or not) been contacted for market.
After every market the phone icons must be reset (to light blue), in preparation for the next market.
To enable the customize market call phone icon captions feature, please email help@readytoview.com with the following subject “activate market call phone icon caption editing for <your user name>â€.
Once enabled, the specific user will find the “market call labels†option below “Setup Categoriesâ€
Click to select an existing label and you will be prompted to rename the caption or click close to cancel.
Conditional Rep Comm % Assignment (Based on % paid to showroom by mfr)
You can now assign conditional rep commission rates based on the percentage paid by the manufacturer.
This is helpful for reducing commission % paid to your reps when manufacturers pay the showrooms a rate lower than their regular percentage.
When you pre-define a condition, the rep’s commission % is also revised during order entry.
In the video demonstration below, the standard rate paid to the showroom by the mfr (humin) is 10%. The rep’s (EJ) standard commission rate is 2%.
We defined a condition so that EJ (the rep) receives only 0.5% rather than his usual 2% when the mfr pays the showroom 8%.
When entering an order, the 10% will be automatically populated for the showroom, and 2% for the rep. Before adding the order, if the user changes the 10% to 8%, the standard 2% will also change to 0.5%.
This is an optional feature and must be requested by the showroom owner or manager.
If you would like to enable it, please email help@readytoview.com
